Wehaveauditedtheaccompanyingfinancialreportonpages62to78beingaspecialpurpose
financialreport ofRacingAustraliaPtyLtd (theCompany),whichcomprisesthestatementof
financialpositionasat30June2015thestatement ofprofitor lossandothercomprehensive
income,statement ofchanges inequityandstatementofcashflowsfortheyearthen
ended,notescomprisingasummaryofsignificantaccountingpoliciesandotherexplanatory
information,andthedirectors’declarationofthecompanyandtheconsolidatedentity
comprisingthecompanyandtheentities itcontrolledattheyear’sendorfromtimetotime
duringthefinancialyear.
Directors’ResponsibilityfortheFinancialReport
Thedirectorsofthecompanyareresponsibleforthepreparationofthefinancialreportthat
givesatrueandfairview,andhavedeterminedthatthebasisofpreparationdescribed inNote1
tothefinancialreport isappropriatetomeettherequirementsoftheCorporationsAct2001and
isappropriatetomeettheneedsofthemembers.
Thedirectors’responsibilityalso includessuch internalcontrolasthedirectorsdetermine is
necessarytoenablethepreparationofafinancialreportthatgivesatrueandfairviewand isfree
frommaterialmisstatement ,whetherduetofraudorerror.

Our responsibility istoexpressanopiniononthefinancialreportbasedonouraudit.Wehave
conductedouraudit inaccordancewith AustralianAuditingStandards.Thosestandardsrequire
thatwecomplywithrelevantethicalrequirementsrelatingtoauditengagementsandplanand
performtheaudittoobtainreasonableassuranceaboutwhetherthefinancialreport isfreefrom
materialmisstatement.
Anaudit involvesperformingprocedurestoobtainauditevidenceabouttheamountand
disclosures inthefinancialreport.Theproceduresselecteddependontheauditor’s judgment,
includingtheassessmentoftherisksofmaterialmisstatementofthefinancialreport,whether
duetofraudorerror. Inmakingthoseriskassessments,theauditorconsiders internalcontrol
relevanttotheentity’spreparationofthefinancialreportthatgivesatrueandfairview inorder
todesignauditproceduresthatareappropriate inthecircumstances,butnotforthepurpose
ofexpressinganopinionontheeffectivenessoftheentity’s internalcontrol.Anauditalso
includesevaluatingtheappropriateness ofaccountingpoliciesusedandthereasonablenessof
accountingestimatesmadebythedirectors,aswellasevaluatingtheoverallpresentationofthe
financialreport.
